LTW Counseling app for iPhone and iPad

The LTW Counseling app lets you complete and manage DA 4856 Developmental Counseling Forms. With this app you can add your information such as rank, name, organization and position as well as any Soldiers under your leadership to automatically populate into each DA 4856. LTW Counseling app allows you to fill out each field, counsel the individual then each person will sign the DA 4856 on the devices screen with their finger or stylus. Once complete a copy of the DA 4856 will be sent to the counseled individual and the counselor. This app automatically saves and sorts previous counselings for each Soldier by date to allow you to use them as templates for future counseling or manage and email them for reference. This app empowers the leader to automatically include a “magic bullet” into each counseling with the ability to create your own “magic bullet” as a default.
